Staying Well at The Watermark at East Hill

John F. Kennedy once said “Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.” At The Watermark at East Hill, there are a variety of ways for residents to take care of their body, mind, and spirit.

Some residents enjoy participating in scheduled classes such as Chair Yoga, Stability Training, Seated Strength and Motion, Aqua Motion in the heated pool, and Let’s Stretch. Chair Yoga, a popular class among residents, is a low impact way for residents to loosen their muscles, improve strength, reduce stress, stimulate the mind, decrease pain, and socialize.

Many residents also take advantage of East Hill’s campus and all it has to offer, including a paved walking trail, putting green, and bocce court to stay well. Keeping active and engaged is an important to a lot of residents and the community takes great pride in ensuring diverse and enjoyable opportunities throughout the year.
