Thanksgiving at The Watermark at East Hill

Holidays are always a special time at The Watermark at East Hill and the community is looking forward to Thanksgiving. Dining Director Ron Pascoe, along with his team of talented chefs, have created a delicious menu for residents and their guests to enjoy. The team is excited to share this sneak peek of the menu!

Starters:
Pumpkin Apple Bisque
Seasonal Fruit Salad
Mixed Green Salad

Entrees:
Roast Turkey with sage stuffing, giblet gravy accompanied by mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and a choice of vegetable.
Baked Stuffed Shells filled with ricotta cheese topped mozzarella cheese and marina sauce.
Cod Oscar topped with crabmeat and a béarnaise sauce accompanied by asparagus.

Sides:
Turnips
Peas and Carrots
Butternut Squash
Sweet Potato
Mashed Potato

Desserts:
Apple Pie
Pumpkin Pie
