The Audubon Society at Bent of the River in Southbury, CT has brought a new and exciting program to The Inn and The Villa at The Watermark at East Hill.
Ken Elkins, Education Program Manager, approached East Hill about implementing the program in the garden area outside of both buildings. The program includes bird-friendly plants and feeders that will draw birds close to residents, so that they can enjoy them year-round.
Ken, along with local Girl Scouts, Inn & Villa residents and staff planned and planted the area this week. Take a look during your next visit!
