1940’s Theme Dinner A Huge Success!

Each month we are celebrating a different decade and March was a 1940’s celebration. With a theme of “The War is Over,” residents were greeted with their separation papers as they entered. Rosie the Riveter was a popular costume among the ladies. Staff wore “army” uniforms and served residents a delicious choice of 1940’s favorites including Shrimp Creole, roasted Turkey and Pot Roast. For dessert, everyone enjoyed Glazed Donuts topped with Ice Cream!
